Ben Trombly here, Home River Group Memphis want to jump on real quick, say hello, introduce myself. I know I've spoken to a lot of you either on the phone or via email, so I wanted to put a face with the name. We're definitely gonna start doing more of these podcasts and just jumping on quickly and doing some quick videos. But today, really the only thing I got I want to jump on is to say, hey, we are Home River Group Memphis. And here's what I think. Why we think we are the best property manager company in Memphis and then in the country and we have things that call uniques. So to me, there's three uniques about us that I don't think other, other people are doing. And it's high touch customer service, it is accountability, and it is personal and professional growth. So quickly, the first one.
High touch accountability. What does that mean? A high touch up customer service? What does that mean? That means that we are going to be proactively calling our owners for good and bad things. So, when things are going on, your house is vacant. We're going to continue to reach out to you weekly, letting you know what's going on with the showings and the marketing. When you have a maintenance issue that's over your threshold, we're going to reach out and talk to you. When there's, you know, our homes going through rehab. We're going to keep you embrace the entire process on the sales side, we're gonna be very involved in communicating both good and bad. So, everything that's going on, we're just gonna do everything we can to proactively reach out, whether it's via email, phone, text message. A lot of that's gonna depend on you as the owner, what your preferences. We're gonna know that because we are very involved. And so that's what we're committed to.
Accountability. Accountability is simply again, it's a buzzword that everyone talks about that I dont know that anyone really understands what that means, and how to hold people accountable. But we hold ourselves to a higher standard. And so we are gonna be you know, we reward, we hire, we fire based off of accountability and based off of us hitting our goals and doing it we're committed to doing. So, internally, we meet every day. We also go for a quick meeting, you know, to see what's going on and make sure we're holding ourselves accountable to what we're doing the day before. We also have weekly meetings with a lot more detail. But again, it's that just we have a culture we've built that it's a high performing culture that our staff hold each other accountable its not even, me having to hold each other accountable because everyone hold each other accountable. It's not fun to come into a meeting and everyday not do what was on your to do list. That's not a fun conversation. So that's those are the ways we help hold accountable. And then finally and I think the most important is committed to personal and professional growth.
So I am very much a proponent on personal growth. I think you've got a you've got to grow personally, get to set goals. And so I help the staff each year we come up with five personal items or personal selfish goals we want to hit. And it's my job as a leader is to help them hit those goals. And ultimately what what I've seen over the years is if people were hitting their professional or other personal goals by default, the professional goals and their performance just improves. And so, again, I'm committed to both personal and professional growth. Home River Groups committed to that and we feel like our uniques is being able to high touch customer service. We're and we're very, very involved communicate. We're going to hold each other accountable internally and externally. Our vendors as well. And then we're going to have personal professional growth. So thanks for listening to me. Hope to talk to you soon.
